We keep blank, 1 -10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 year silver medallions in stock. If you order any others it can take 2 to 3 weeks to get this silver  plated AA medallion engraved due to the fact that we do not keep these in stock.

If you order a silver medallion that we don’t have in stock we will order the special silver Alcoholics Anonymous AA medallion with our next order to replenish our medallion stock. (We place orders 2 to 3 times a month)

This means it can take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your silver AA medallion. We will send you an email when we ship the special medallion order out.

We offer priority shipping for $7.50 this includes tracking & insurance, there is also first class with $50.00 of insurance and tracking for $6.50, for $4.00 you can get first class with tracking for $4.00 and you can ship a single medallion for $1.99. We unfortunately are not responsible for the USPS so we highly suggest using one of the higher costs for shipping. So that you can get answers to where your order is lost. If you use first class shipping ($1.99) and your order is tampered with or lost we will not refund or replace the medallion, you will have to endure the full cost for replacement.
