Refunds:

If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately so we do not engrave or ship the order if it isn't engraved.

We have many people need to add on medallions to their orders. When you need to do that we will refund the shipping of the second order minus the finance charge that Stripe charges for the transaction.

USA

We offer priority shipping for $10.00 this includes tracking & $50.00 of insurance. If you use the priority shipping or the first class shipping with insurance & tracking methods and your order gets tampered with or lost we will replace it. You may need to wait. If you use first class shipping ($1.99 or $5.00) and your order is tampered with or lost we will not refund or replace the medallions, you will have to endure the full cost for replacement. We can not be liable for every employee of the USPS.

Due to the medallions being custom engraved with information provided by the purchaser any other refunds will be done on a case by case basis.

United States USPS Shipping Costs

We have the following mail system cost set up as follows:

1 bronze medallion $1.99 - First Class Mail

2-12 (up to 3.9oz) Medallions $5.00 - First Class Mail with tracking

1-12 (up to 3.9oz) Medallions $8.50 - First Class Mail with $50.00 insurance & tracking

1-25 (up to 10oz) Priority Shipping $10.00 - (Includes $50.00 Insurance & Tracking) This is shipped in a priority mail envelope. This shipping method covers insuring your products.

1-25 (up to 10oz) Priority Shipping $12.00 - (Includes $100.00 Insurance & Tracking) This is shipped in a priority mail envelope. This shipping method covers insuring your products.

26+ (10.1oz and up) Medallions are shipped in Small Flat Rate Priority Box $14.00 On Sale. (Includes Insurance & Tracking) This shipping method covers insuring your products.

Insurance:

All orders are double packed to prevent loss of medallions. If you place an order and it does not arrive in a timely manner after you receive an email saying your order is complete, please call us 678.218.0400. You have to wait 6 weeks to file a claim with the postal office. My experience is most orders show up with in a month.

Please call and talk to us for communication on lost orders. Communication is the best thing to have a successful outcome.

Dispute of a Charge

If you start a dispute with your bank, Stripe automatically charges the company $15.00 that is non refundable even if you cancel the dispute. You will be liable to pay that finance charge in order to continue ordering on this website.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before the medallion is engraved otherwise it is shipped to you and no refund can be administered.
