If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately so we do not engrave or ship the order if it isn't engraved.
We have many people need to add on medallions to their orders. When you need to do that we will refund the shipping of the second order minus the finance charge that PayPal charges for the transaction.
If you refund a payment for goods or services, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned to you. The amount of the refunded payment will be deducted from your PayPal account. You can visit their page by clicking here.
(They used to refund the fee according to the amount we refunded but stopped that, we are a lot smaller company and cannot absorb the costs.)
We offer priority shipping for $8.00 this includes tracking & insurance. If you use the priority shipping or the first class shipping with insurance & tracking methods and your order gets tampered with or lost we will replace it for free. If you use first class shipping ($1.99 or $4.00) and your order is tampered with or lost we will not refund or replace the medallion, you will have to endure the full cost for replacement. We can not be liable for every employee of the USPS.

We have the following mail system cost set up as follows:
1 bronze medallion $1.99 - First Class Mail
2-12 (up to 3.9oz) Medallions $4.00 - First Class Mail with tracking
1-12 (up to 3.9oz) Medallions $6.50 - First Class Mail with $50.00 insurance & tracking
1-25 (up to 10oz) Priority Shipping $8.00 - (Includes $50.00 Insurance & Tracking) This is shipped in a priority mail envelope. This shipping method covers insuring your products.
26+ (10.1oz and up) Medallions are shipped in Small Flat Rate Priority Box $10.00. (Includes Insurance & Tracking) This shipping method covers insuring your products.
What You Need to Know About Shipping:
All orders are double packed to prevent loss of medallions. If you place an order and it does not arrive in a timely manner after you receive an email saying your order is complete, please call us 678.218.0400. You have to wait 6 weeks to file a claim with the postal office. My experience is most orders show up with in a month.
Please call and talk to us for communication on lost orders. Communication is the best thing to have a successful outcome.
