Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our Traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities.

We treat you as if you are in an AA meeting and do our very best to keep your anonymity when sending emails, phone calls or packaging.

We could send an email out with information about your order, something important from us about us.

Very rarely do we send out emails to our customers announcing information.
